Withdrawal & Refund Policy

Once the course begins, tuition is non-refundable for voluntary withdrawal, changes in personal circumstances or scheduling, or missed classes. No prorated refunds will be issued for unused classes.

If Score Up cancels a course or is unable to provide the agreed instruction, appropriate make-up classes, alternative arrangements, or refunds will be provided, as applicable. Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies available under applicable law.
